Our Llandow workshop provides independent servicing for Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda owners from Cowbridge, Llantwit Major, Barry and Bridgend. We review the engine, mileage, service history and use before agreeing the oil, filters and scheduled inspection items.
Fixed and flexible or LongLife schedules need to be considered for the actual vehicle and journeys it makes. The engine's oil specification matters as well as viscosity. VAG ODIS tooling supports service checks and diagnostics, with DSG, S tronic and AWD maintenance discussed separately where applicable.
A car used mainly on longer journeys and one making repeated short trips may need different maintenance discussions. Send the engine details, service reminders and invoices so we can check the applicable schedule. Timing-belt work and other scheduled replacements are considered where fitted and due.
DSG and S tronic names cover different gearboxes; there is no single service procedure for every version. Haldex coupling work only applies to vehicles using that system. We identify the gearbox and AWD arrangement before agreeing the fluids, filters and scope.
DSG and DCT servicingYou do not need to know the workshop term. Tell us the symptoms and we will explain whether the car needs servicing, fault-finding or repair work.
