The service letter alone does not define every item your car needs. Age, mileage, engine and previous maintenance affect the scope. Include the service reminder and previous invoices when requesting a quote. Filters, brake fluid and other scheduled items may fall due separately from an engine oil service. We explain the scope, parts, fluids and service paperwork, and confirm any digital record support for your model.
An AdBlue warning, engine light, loss of power or harsh gear change can require separate diagnosis. Mention the symptoms when enquiring so we can plan the right appointment. Automatic gearbox maintenance is quoted for the transmission fitted and is not automatically part of Service A or Service B.
